Of course our houses fit the bill with their large fully equipped kitchens, generous dining tables and outside seating options but you may want to drop into town to get a hot meal and try some of the great local wines which are available.

Masons

One of our outstanding dining experiences; it has been awarded a One Hat status two years running in the Age Good Food Guide! The menu is continually evolving with the seasons and producers’ availability.

Harpoon Social Club

Not as scary as it sounds, this fresh take on Asian fusion dining coupled with a great selection of cocktails, wine and other offerings is situated in the CBD and is cosy on space but big on service and grunge chic.

The Woodhouse

A Bendigo Steakhouse and Redgum grill dedicated to using unique “cooking with wood” techniques. The food is top notch and locally sourced where applicable.

The Rifle Hotel

Great central iconic pub with good selection of food and child friendly. They have recently opened the balcony space for both lunch and dinner.

The Goldmines Hotel

This lovely historic pub has just had a major makeover. The seasonal menu offers modern regional dining whilst remaining faithful to some of the pub roots. From private dining and express lunches, the menu has something for everyone. It also has one of THE best beer gardens with an emphasis on live local music. Very child friendly.

Harvest Food & Wine offers a brunch menu with classic bistro leanings, featuring Rotisserie Proteins, Daily Baked Goods, Freshly Made Salads, Daily Plated Desserts and Lincolns wine.

After working together and apart in some of the world’s best restaurants (Gordon Ramsay, The Fat Duck, Donovan’s) Lincoln Riley and partner Marsha Busse launched Harvest. Riley a renowned sommelier and Busse a Michelin-star-trained pastry chef, Harvest showcases the best Central Victoria has to offer.

Percy And Percy

Percy and Percy beckons in the café crowds with coffee and modern breakfast fare in a trendy decked out hub. Watch the world go by from the courtyard or settle inside amongst a cosy setting of wooden tables and low pan lighting.

Cafe serving breakfast, brunch and lunch, with a delicious spin. Try a Rushmore or a Bao Burger, favourites among their regulars.

Tucked away in one of Bendigo’s thriving laneways, this little icon feels like you could be anywhere is the world. Great food, wine and even cigars if the mood takes you! Adults only.

The Handle Bar

A great, rustic garden outdoor bar tucked away so only the ‘locals’ can find it! They have live music and even comedy at varies times so check them out on social media when you are in town.
